Adobe releases a public beta of Soundbooth, a new audio editing application "in the spirit of Sound Edit 16."

Yet another OS X app named Tangerine. This one though supplies a global color palette for all your apps. A bit expensive, but a lot of people I know would benefit from this.

iLike adds a sidebar to iTunes with similar functionality to last.fm. Something tells me Apple may build something like this into iTunes down the road.

Firefox 2 is out. Go get it.

Wow, this is nice. Check out Tangerine, an OS X app that analyzes your iTunes library and compiles custom playlists based on BPM and beat intensity.

Finally, a way to playback FLV (and a bunch of other formats) in QuickTime using the "swiss-army knife" plugin Perian. Works perfectly for me.
