Nominated? Me?

So today I found out that this site has been nominated for "Best-Designed Weblog" in the Fourth Annual Weblog Awards (the Bloggies). My initial reaction...um, okay, what award? But after reading the award rules, it turns out the nominations are based on votes from the general public. In other words, enough readers of this site thought enough of the design to vote and push What Do I Know to the top 5. Now that is pretty cool. To take the glass-half-empty approach, my content obviously wasn't memorable, entertaining, or useful enough to be nominated for anything else. Which, to me, is entirely appropriate. But to all those who took the time to vote, I sincerely appreciate the support.
