Enigmo!

Run, don't walk, over to Pangea Software to download the Enigmo demo for OS X. I saw screenshots of the game about a month ago, and knew if the game lived up to the concept, Pangea would have a blockbuster on their hands. After spending a few minutes with the demo, and effectively hooking the attention of everyone else at Turner, my inclination was spot on. If you love deceptively simple puzzle games, this one is for you.

Looks a lot like the Incredible Machine from Sierra's glory days. Have you ever played the Incredible Machine? Care to compare the two? Looks like fun though. :)

Makes me wish I had a Mac. :)

That is like the coolest shareware game I have played in a long time. Finally a very well done thinking game that doesn't get monotonous after a while. I had to make myself quit the game before my boss caught me.

Crack on my Mac.

Awesome game. I rarely play computer games but this one was purchased before I completed all the demo levels.

Oh, first you tempt me into buying a GameCube, and now you post a link to one of the best shareware games I have ever played. Not enough time to waste in my life...

Im with Derek ;) When I played it I kept thinking the incredible machine meets lemmings. I loved both and Enigmo is pretty cool too. I especially like how the fire and water droplets canel each other out in a puff of smoke when they hit :D - but yeah, the incredible machine meets lemmings.

Heh, I must keep coming here. First I was persuaded to buy a GameCube and Metroid Prime, which I can only say wow. In fact wow squared. Metroid Prime is definitely already my favourite game ever - it is just sooo beautifully made, a joy to play, etc etc. I can barely stand the excitement of waiting for Zelda. And now fantastic shareware! I have forbidden myself from playing it at work, not that that is really a problem (just started a great new job, as web designer for www.firebox.com, where my job basically entails 'evaluating' toys such as radio control cars, helicopters etc. Check out the Frigits if you like Enigmo!) This isn't intended to be a plug, I'm just really excited about working here ;)

You hooked me. Now, I can bet the first game for my new PowerBook. Fortunately, I was already addicted to GameCube before you posted about it, Zelda right now, but I also own Metroid and Animal Crossing. It's amazing I ever get anything done anymore.

WOW! My PC is going to be jealous :-)

I played through all the demo levels already, and I'm paying for it tonight. Not that I have the time to play or anything, but it's nice to know Enigmo will be there when I've got designers block... ;-)

It's been a while since I felt compelled to buy a game, but this one did it. This is a great concept and execution for a game. Terrific problem solving and spacial concepts exercise and, lovely eye candy to boot. I'm glad I have a Mac along with my PC's. Way to go, Pangea.
