Rude Awakening
Let's just say I'm in a pretty foul mood this morning. I just discovered that my portfolio site has magically travelled backwards in time, and is now displaying files that are at least two weeks old. I checked the directory, and sure enough, all of the work I had added / changed / updated over the course of two full weeks was erased.
Turns out my lovely web host suffered a "hard drive crash" and used a backup file of my site. Thing is, they didn't even tell me. No email. No instant message. Nada. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice.

I saw your post and thought, 'I bet it is aletia', so I checked. Yes, it is aletia. The problems going around with them lately is getting to be on the absurd side.
