Falwell
In this time of unity, it's unforgiveable that morons like the Rev. Jerry Falwell can open their mouths. How this man ever became a "leader" for certain pockets of middle America is beyond me. It's sickening to think there are people out there, like Falwell, who believe that gay people are to blame for the attacks. Pat Robertson, quickly backpeddling after saying multiple times that he agreed with Falwell's views on the 700 Club, said last night in a Fox News interview that the "words were taken out of context." Smartly, the interviewer then asked, "...but do you agree with his views?" Robertson ducked the question, and instead rambled on in that gosh-darn tone of voice of his that he "saw [the terrorist attack] coming back on Labor Day" (in his mind, I assume) and claims to have warned his staff in advance. Amazing to think this guy once ran for President. Perhaps someday people will quit donating money to these self-obsessed zealots who preach nothing but division and fear.
